This developer works at comparable development times to D-96, but at a lower pH. Granularity and sharpness is somewhat enhanced.

This formula does not seem to be widely promoted by Kodak. My speculation is that users had troubles similar to defective development observed with XTOL, and Kodak no longer lists this formula.
